On November 10, 1990, Alexandr Valdarr Fairhair was crowned His Majesty Emperor Alexandr III of Kylmästo.

He was the descendant of the notorious Harald Fairhair, the first king to unite the current northern UBN, during the Viking Age.

After becoming a grand, accomplished military commander, he returned to the north in the mid- 1020's.

There he formed an alliance with Sveig Sigurdsson.

King Kian Fairhair married Sveig Sigurgsson's only daughter Brigida and from that marriage a new kingdom and empire emerged, Kylmästo.
